You are the caller. They talk back, they interrupt, they hang up on waffle. Champions are made in the nets — win it here first.
One-time setup — the keys file is missing
This app keeps ZERO keys inside the HTML. It loads them from coach-keys.js, a separate local file that sits next to this HTML. Generate it once:
Open the Start menu, type powershell, press Enter.
Copy this line, paste it into the blue window, press Enter:
python "c:\Users\Swapn\Downloads\Remy\scripts\gen_coach_keys.py"
Expect to see: coach-keys.js written (5 keys) -> c:\Users\Swapn\Downloads\coach-keys.js

If you see anything else, screenshot it to me.
Pick your prospect
Your pitch & settings
Engine room (defaults were picked by measured speed — you rarely need this)
Brain — who plays the prospect
Ears — speech to text
Patience — how long a ramble runs before it invites a cut-in (they judge the content)
Voices are cast per prospect: Indian prospects speak through Sarvam (Indian-English, ~0.9s a sentence), US prospects through ElevenLabs (~0.9s). Inworld is the fallback, and the browser robot voice is the last resort — the badge at bottom-right always shows who is speaking.
Difficulty
Training arc — free run → the moves → rehearsal → real run
Four stages. Feel the cold first. Then Remy shows each move, why it works, and the ONE intel line it runs on. Then rehearse with the moves beside you. Then the real run — live line, no help.
🎓 The move plan
One move at a time. The intel line under a move is the ONLY dossier fact that move uses — intel is fed per move, never as a wall.

Click the mic, speak, click again to stop. It records until YOU stop it.
